Methods of Giving

There are multiple ways for you to give at Gateway. Each method allows for God's work to be done as you are faithful to His calling to give back.

Bill Pay

Have your regular offering deducted from your checking account, either automatically or prompted by you online. See your bank or credit union for details.

Be sure to specify that your electronic payment is for the church's general fund.

Check

You can give by check in any worship service or through the mail (PO Box 2178, Castro Valley, CA 94546). You can place your check directly in the offering plate or first place it in an envelope.

Cash

Cash gifts and offerings should only be given in a worship service (do not send cash through the mail). Be sure to place cash in an envelope with your name on the outside.

Stocks/Bonds/Securities

Appreciated Marketable Securities are a great way to maximize your giving, because you receive an immediate income tax deduction for the full fair market value of your securities. In addition, you pay no capital gains tax on the difference between your cost and the fair market value. Our Policies

Your information is held securely by the Treasurer of Gateway Bible Church. This information will remain private and will never be given away to third parties, other than to process your scheduled or regular contributions.

Annual statements are mailed in late January for the prior calendar year. If you have moved recently, please email your full name, former address, new address and phone number to info@gatewaylife.org.
